A global humanitarian organization dedicated to empowering communities, advancing human rights, and creating sustainable change worldwide.
New Generation Network for Change (NGNfC) is a federally incorporated non-profit organization in Canada, established in October 2025. We are dedicated to supporting, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for individuals affected by conflict, poverty, gender inequality, and structural discrimination—wherever they are in the world.
The global humanitarian landscape demands urgent action. Over 100 million people are forcibly displaced. 783 million live in extreme poverty. 129 million girls are out of school. Women and marginalized communities face systemic barriers to their fundamental rights in every region.
Based in Canada with a global outlook, we work with local partners, international organizations, and diaspora communities to deliver impactful programs that address root causes and build lasting resilience.
"To stand with communities worldwide in their greatest moments of need. We are dedicated to supporting, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for those affected by conflict, poverty, and discrimination—working to restore hope, dignity, and the fundamental right to learn, work, and live freely."
Every person deserves access to education, healthcare, and opportunity—regardless of where they were born or the circumstances they face.
Through collective action and meaningful partnership, we believe transformative change is possible. Our vision is grounded in the belief that sustainable development comes from within communities themselves.
We are committed to a future where:
Our values shape every program we develop and every partnership we build.
We treat every individual with inherent dignity and respect, recognizing the strength and resilience of the communities we serve.
We believe lasting change comes from within communities. Our programs are designed with and for the people we serve.
We are committed to addressing systemic inequalities and advocating for the rights of marginalized populations.
We maintain the highest standards of accountability and openness in all our operations and financial management.
Our programs are designed for long-term impact, building capacity and resilience within communities.
We honor and preserve cultural heritage while supporting communities in their development journeys.
Meet the dedicated individuals leading our mission to create lasting change for communities worldwide.
